Voting Method：
Voting is available either online (www.hkatv.com), by 3HK Phone Vote or by completing voting forms.
Voting Period：
2 August 2010 (Monday) 0000 a.m. to 26 September 2010 (Sunday) 2359 p.m.
Asia Television Limited
＊Each participant can cast one vote for each nominee daily, and is eligible for a maximum of 10 votes every time.
＊Participants should provide accurate personal information, such as, names, HK I.D. and mobile numbers when voting online.
(H.K.I.D. will be used to identify the voter and the scrutinize balloting will be conducted by auditor)
＊Any and all information of participants will be kept confidential and only be served for lucky draw and scrutinize balloting purposes.
3HK：
Users of 3HK can vote by accessing 2010 Hong Kong Loving Hearts Campaign mobile web site in which nominees information, such as photos and videos will be available. Users can cast their votes after reading the nominees information.
＊Each user can cast with maximum of ten votes within the voting period but only one vote for each nominee.
＊Voting is free of charge
＊All voters information will be handed over to Asia Television Limited after the voting to serve for the lucky draw and scrutinize balloting purposes.
