Accounting Officer (REF : I40-AO-AW)

• Responsible for general accounting duties including payment processing, job costing, preparing monthly financial close and analysis as well as other ad-hoc assignments.
• F. 5 with HKCEE and LCCI Level 2 or above.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, hands on experience in dealing with PRC companies is preferred.
• Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, knowledge of JD Edwards Accounting System is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
• Immediate available is preferred.

• Responsible for supporting TV programme acquisition / scheduling, planning and marketing work for World Channel.
• Degree holder
• 1 to 2 years of working experience and past experience in television industry is a definite advantage.
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
• Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Immediate available is preferred.

• Degree or Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge in digital telecommunication or digital terrestrial television broadcasting.
• The applicant with experiences in antenna design and installation is preferable

Senior Legal officer (Ref: A20-SLO-AW)

Duties
• Report to the Corporate Lawyer
• Handle corporate secretarial works
• Provide legal advice, services and support to the company’s operation and its subsidiaries
• Draft, review, negotiate and vet legal documentation and commercial agreements
• Ensure compliance with law and regulations
• Conduct legal research
• Translation from English into Chinese or vice versa where deemed necessary
• Other tasks as assigned
  
  Requirements
  
• University graduate, LLB holder or above, qualified lawyer is a must
• Excellent communication skills in both written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and professional presentation and report writing skills
•  Reliable with high integrity with strong sense of responsibility and commercial sense
• Ability to produce quality work under pressure
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

 初級燈光師 Junior Lightingman (F72- JLIG)

• 負責外景及廠景之燈光操作

Engineer – Information Technology (Ref: F36-ENG-AW)

• Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• Solid knowledge and experience in administration of Linus, MySQL, TCP/IP network and related equipments such as firewalls, routers and switches is required. Certificates of Cisco are plus
• Solid knowledge and experience in Programming with C/C++, Java, PHP, Delphi and SQL etc.
• Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills are required
• Able to work under pressure, well discipline and hard working
• Knowledge of digital video and audio compression and transmission technologies are plus
